FOLLOW-UP AND EVALUATION
A 360 ° evaluation allowed not only to obtain indicators of direct results of the program, but also the number of beneficiaries reached, the number of beneficiaries who successfully completed the program, what is the reach to the secondary beneficiaries they generate, in addition to the content ownership indicators of our program (school culture, planning, teaching professionalism, positive atmosphere and leadership); We evaluate each of the training actions we carry out, in order to analyze the relevance of the topics covered and whether they are really useful and applicable to the context of our participants.

This evaluation is made by our beneficiaries and by our content facilitators, who with their experience and taking advantage of the specificities of our users, make the relevant improvements together with the Co evaluation and self-evaluation that they accomplish on their own performance. The objective is to monitor and evaluate the results, the quality of the service, the quality of the service provided to beneficiaries and our performance as an organization.
As part of a continuous improvement process, LISTO has carried out several evaluations of its effectiveness. Thus, since 2009, Educando has hired independent companies to carry out evaluations and extensive studies before and after the implementation of the program with teachers, parents and students.

VALORA 2009: The study revealed that the LISTO program provides more effective service to principals, providing them with practical skills through workshops and personalized follow-up through coaching or educational accompaniment.

2015 BHR Consultores: It was observed that 84% of leaders trained by LISTO consider the program format effective in helping schools improve their performance on standardized tests. LISTO captures the attention of its participants. LISTO participants have a good performance and commitment until they graduate from a 2-year program with high levels of final efficiency (75%), in contrast to the final efficiency of Higher Education which is 25%.
2016 George Washington University: In its impact assessment, it mentioned that schools with LISTO perform better than non-LISTO schools in the National Assessment of Academic Performance in Schools (ENLACE), a standardized test applied to almost 15.7 million students.

2018 GC Genera. In their process evaluation results, they mentioned that the participants of the LISTO Program stated that they were satisfied with the elements and academic content of the graduate. There is a trend towards the formation of a greater number of women, which, in general, can contribute to the reduction of gender gaps in the field of educational professionalization.
